In-Store Purchases: For purchases made in-store, we provide a 30-day return period for products that are returned with the original proof of purchase and in their original, unopened packaging. Full boxes of tiles are eligible for a refund when returned in this condition.

Please note that products with opened packaging or not in a resalable condition are not eligible for returns. We advise customers to thoroughly check all products upon delivery.

Online Purchases: When ordering online, you are protected by distance selling regulations that grant you the right to return your order for a full refund. To comply with these regulations, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your Dispatch Confirmation. Subsequently, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to our main distribution center.

The products must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging. A copy of your invoice should accompany the returned items.

  • What if my installation is scheduled, and not all my items have arrived? We recommend ensuring you have all necessary items and are satisfied with them before scheduling installation, as we cannot assume responsibility for installation services booked in advance.

  • Can I return items that I have already installed? Once the items are installed or affixed to a surface, they are considered accepted in the condition supplied. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for such items.
